Pasta with Pancetta and Leeks- PW

Last week I tried the Pasta with Pancetta and Leeks recipe from Pioneer Woman. Except that I thought that it said, "Pasta with Prosciutto and Leeks" because I made it with Prosciutto instead of Pancetta. Oops. It was still good.

It was delicious and I highly recommend the recipe.

I love cream recipes, but I need to stop making them. Seriously, cream sauces need to be reserved for special occasions, not for weekday meals. And I wonder why I've gained back some of the weight I lost before the winter!
