I am still loving Bikram yoga. For the past two weeks, I've been going three times a week. It feels so good for my body and I feel like it is keeping me active and helping me slim down a bit.

My favorite pose is probably number 23. My least favorites are numbers 8 and 9.

Have you ever tried an exercise that just clicked with your body?

I have taken yoga classes and done yoga videos but never felt motivated to stick with them. Walking around my circle driveway while reading a book, though, really works for me!
